Terms of Service

Event Souvenir Auction ("the Event" or "the Platform") is operated by Ménage à Mahj LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By participating in the Event or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Bidding

Bids are entered in whole U.S. dollars. Submitting a new bid replaces your previous bid on the same item. If you are among the top bidders for an item when the auction closes, you agree to pay the final winning price for that item.

Payment and Pickup

Winning bidders will receive a payment link via SMS and/or email. Items must be paid for before pickup. Pickup instructions will be shared during the Event.

SMS Messaging

If you opt in, you will receive transactional SMS messages related to the Event, including outbid alerts, winner notifications, checkout links, payment reminders, and pickup instructions. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No Warranty

The Event is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for typographical errors, technical failures, or other issues outside our reasonable control.
